Victor

Victor is a 4 year old APHA stallion. Long story short, he had colic surgery for twisted intestine at 16 months old, foundered in the vet clinic shortly after surgery. So goes the battle with laminitis since then. I have been researching laminitis, heard about Pete Ramey through Pat Wagner whom I saw at a horse event, and bought Pete's DVD set on natural hoof trimming. Starting with the help of my farrier Keith, got Victor out of shoes, and on a schedule of trimming every 4 weeks to try to grow a new foot. Now, with the help of Pat Wagner, am continuing to work on his feet believing that we can get this horse sound again.
